Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing our services. To provide the best experience for all clients and to respect scheduled appointment times, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. Booking Policy Appointments are confirmed once booked through our scheduling system. A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full. Clients who cancel within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Full session charges will still apply. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. Exceptions Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
